It has been quite some time since we last had some autochthonous Country sound on MangoWave. Fortunately, Staffordshire's Craig Gould is here to end that lean period. The artist's debut 'Ain't no place to hide' calls the audience to not simply accept every austerity that is imposed on them. Guest musicians on Gould's debut are Adriana Spina, Chris Baldwin, and Anna Corcoran.


The song's movement directly makes your head nod, and it reminds of the sound of a train rolling through barren lands and towards the sunset. Verses and chorus are full of gorgeous details and harmonic elements that make 'Ain't no place to hide' worth listening to several times in a row.
