Moon Walker - Doombox (MR)
(03:31, Single, Digital, selfrelease, 25/02/2022)
Moon Walker from Los Angeles, California hereby present the first single off their upcoming new album. And the Californian Alternative and Indie Rock duo tells us how great music is best listened: put in your 'Doombox' and turn that volume up to 11! It is incredible how Moon Walker produce hit after hit, and their newest single is yet another massive banger made from fuzzy sounds and dynamic rhythms.

Hyattsvillain - Kid's don't buy Groceries (MR)
(02:03, Single, Digital, selfrelease, One Song Label, 04/03/2022)
On a rough and thrilling soundscape made of Noise and Post Punk, Hyattsvillain from Washington, DC process an incident they have watched at a supermarket (and probably most of us have seen similar, too). This is the tale of an obese person shopping groveries with their toddler and filling the cart with products that scream unhealthy and dangerous for the child's development. 'Kids don't buy groceries' is a powerful anthem: dark and noisy in sound, and absolutely catchy.

Jem Doulton - The Spitting Dummy Parade (MR)
(06:07, Single, Digital, Weeping Prophet Records, 25/02/2022)
'The Spitting Dummy Parade' is the eleventh track of Jem Doulton's twelve-release series. But instead of being sad because the sonic marathon will soon be over, better be happy because very soon we can listen to the whole dozen of Jem Doulton's songs. This psychedelic and experimental Indie and Post Rock banger featurs the mesmerizing guitar played by Benji Bouton (Mad Mad Mad), a funky bass played by Deb Googe (My Bloody Valentine). Yet another masterpiece by Jem Doulton and his guests.

Galactapus - Waking the Troll (MR)
(03:43, Single, Digital, selfrelease, 19/01/2022)
Galactapus from Minneapolis, Minnesota open a portal to a disturbing and yet fascinating dimension with the video for their song 'Waking the Troll'. The extravagant track is featured on their album "I intend to stay", and even without the help of the video the psychedelic and experimental soundscapes put the listeners into a deep and satisfying trance. Turn up the volume and enter the liquid universe.

Everything but the Everything - The Story (MR)
(03:10, Single, Digital, selfrelease, 28/11/2020)
After almost fifteen months after its official release, the single 'The Story' by Everything but the Everything from Oakland, California has not lost a bit of its fire. Instead, this Post Punk banger is still burning hot and masterfully combines the gloomy atmosphere of 1980s Post Punk with the melancholy of Alternative Rock and the energy of contemporary Indie Rock. Guest vocalist Sophia Prise is the perfect fit for this soundscape and hence she enchants all senses on 'The Story'. With this tune in your car stereo the road is yours.

Think Sanity - Think Safely (MR)
(35:42, Album, Digital, selfrelease, 19/02/2022)
"Think Safely" is the second full-length release by Think Sanity from Anniston, Alabama. Chris, Andie, Trent, and Jack provide their listeners with a versatile and emotional soundscape that combines rough and heavy Post Hardcore elements with melodic Emo and Pop Punk. The ten tracks are filled with honest and comprehensible content concerning life with all of its difficulties. Thus, "Think Safely" is an autochthonous and emotional album filled with great tunes and lyrics that everyone can relate with.

Rayka Blake - Nevermore (MR)
(03:53, Single, Digital, Top Records, 16/05/2019)
Almost three years ago, Rayka Blake has released this massive and catchy Hard Rock anthem that could not be more up to date in our times. On her debut with Top Records, Rayka Blake strongly opposes any kind of physical or psychological violence and therefore the musician bolsters up everybody who wants to rebell against their oppressor(s). While Rayka Blake is currently working on her new EP, this important and powerful song cannot be played often enough.

Miss Torsion - Love Parasite (MR)
(04:01, Single, Digital, selfrelease, 31/12/2021)
Imagine love had a physical appearance. Being visible and physical, love would then creep around the planet and hunt for souls. If you encountered that entity, would you run and hide, or would you gladly embrace it? Zürich's Miss Torsion musicks this scenario in the single 'Miss Torsion'. The catchy tune contains gorgeous twists whenever the dark and gloomy Post Punk and Gothic verse slides into the boppy offbeat Ska chorus - truly a song to fall in love with.

Lee Switzer-Woolf - Scientific Automatic Palmistry (MR)
(34:29, Album, Cassette/CD/Digital, All Will Be Well Records, 07/02/2022)
The debut album by Lee Switzer-Woolf from English town Reading is a gorgeous and coherent collection of songs that trigger happy sighs, comfortable melancholia, and wanderlust. The ten tracks are defined by cinematic and atmospheric sounds made from Progressive Folk, gentle Indie Rock, and a sonic mood that hugs and comforts the listeners.

Arn-Identified Objects and their Alien Friends - Firebird (MR)
(03:36, Single, Digital, selfrelease, 22/05/2021)
Never mind the UFOs, here's the AFOs and their alien friends. This fascinatingly catchy and harmonic Folk and Grunge tune is taken from the Swedish band's double album "17 Birds at the Summer's Gate". Featuring guest vocalist Stefan Petersson (Mother James), 'Firebird' combines the body-moving energy of Folk and Country with the atmospheric and heavy melancholy of Alternative Rock and Grunge. The topics of isolation, alienation, loneliness and solitude are given a concise view on this stunning tune.
