After previously publishing two demos, a split, some singles, and a compilation, this can be regarded as Parasite's proper debut release. Ten years later, Parasite are still active. In the meantime, they have released another EP, a live album, several splits, and one full-length album called "Zankyo 残響". Nevertheless, the EP "Metal Punk Massacre" is widely regarded to be a legendary release, and hence for its tenth anniversary, it receives a re-issue via Peruvian label Inti Records.
