Control Poison spielen ein wilde Mischung aus Hardcore Punk, Death Metal, Grindcore, Powerviolence, und ein bisschen Thrash Metal. Schnelle Beats, die selbst bei den Fills volles Mett ins Gesicht gehen und direkt die Hüften, Ellenbogen sowie Knie aktivieren. Metallene Riffs mit Tendenz die Schallmauer zu durchbrechen. Dazu gibt es abgrundtiefe Growls, die sich gelegentlich mit lauten Shouts abwechseln und ein bisschen an 80er Anarcho-Punk oder Stenchcore erinnern. Im März dieses Jahres haben Control Poison in einer Live Session acht ihrer Tracks auf eine Demo gepresst, die man sich auf  Bandcamp  auf die Ohren geben kann. Etwa 25 Minuten lang knarzt der wohltuende Krach in feinster Proberaumqualität aus den Lautsprechern, bis man dann wieder auf Repeat drückt.
