Es war eine großartige Nacht im Zeichen des Blues Rock, der herzerwärmenden Freude, des Tanzes und angeblich auch des Bieres. Gut gelaunt und bierselig ging es also durch die heiße Abendluft in Richtung der Katakomben des Immerhins, denn es war Zeit, die Release Party von Zeremony's zweiter Platte "Cosmic Dystopia" zu zelebrieren. Als Support standen die jungen Talente von Leaving Spirit auf dem Programm. Mein erster Gedanke war: ganz schön voll auf der Bühne! Mit drei Gitarren, einem Bass, dem Schlagzeug und der Sängerin war nicht mehr viel Luft auf der Stage. Aber das hat das Sextett nicht davon abgehalten, ordentlich die Stimmung einzuheizen. Leaving Spirit aus Würzburg haben mit viel Echo und Delay das Publikum binnen weniger Takte direkt in die Sechziger katapultiert. Nostalgie? Fehlanzeige! Die Band hat den Sound des wilden Zeitalters in junger und frischer Manier neu aufgelegt, und mit einer unschlagbaren Harmonie auf den Putz gehauen. Der erste Höhepunkt wurde...
