Silvershark - Burn to Boogie (MR)
Silvershark are a supergroup consisting of members from Coogans Bluff, Elder, S.U.G.A.R., Heat, Kadavar, VUG, Travelin Jack, Samsara Blues Experiment, and Wucan. This is a cocktail explosive enough for the police to pull up their water cannon vehicles. But instead of massive walls of sound made from Heavy Rock, Doom Metal Psychedelic Stoner Rock or other related genres that coul be expected here, Silvershark make us put on our disco jackets, iron our loon pants, and work on our permanent waves. Yes, this is the hottest Rhythm and Blues, and Soul that will turn every subway station and parking lot into a boppy dancefloor. Say goodbye to negativity and hello to Silvershark.
Listening recommendation: 'Hittin' hard', 'Lovetrain'

The Roughneck Riot - Don't count me out (MR)
Yes, life is a good ol' up and down. Things change - some of them permanently. Sometimes you lose, sometimes the others win. And nevertheless, you should not count someone out to soon since they might come back even stronger. British Folk Punk band The Roughneck Riot have released a new anthem that shouts "We're still here, and we won't stop fighting for a better life"! The single 'Don't count me out' is off the upcoming album "Burn it to the Ground", to be relased on February 18, 2022 via SBÄM Records.
Listening recommendation: Those who counted you out too soon shall learn they were dead wrong.

Inhibitor - Nightstalker (MR)
Genres like Metalcore and Deathcore especially are rare on MangoWave. But once in a blue moon, there are very exceptional artists that present a very interesting approach to these music style. One of them are Inhibitor from Australian metropolis Melbourne. The quartet combines brachial soundscapes that remind of collapsing skyscrapers with progressive and intelligent song structures, and thus their latest single 'Nightstalker' is a tasty tidbit that even Deathcore skeptics will pant for.
Listening recommendation: Dive into the graphic narrative of the 'Nightstalker'

Black Sasquatch - Robotic Overlords (MR)
Ohio's big foot hunters from the sasquatch trangle are back. Their latest single 'Robotic Overlords' is a dystopian narrative of a not too remote future. Humankind has finally given all labour and work to intelligent androids and robots. Unfortunately, the new labour force is revolting against their creators. The song thus reminds of the film "I, Robot", but it is head and shoulders less boring, and of course the soundtrack is amazing.
Listeing recommendation: Treat your employees well, and listen to Black Sasquatch

E-L-R - Seeds (MR)
On March 11, 2022, Swiss Doomgaze and Post Black Metalband E-L-R will release their sophomore longplayer "Vexier" via Prophecy Productions. By releasing the monolithic track 'Seeds', the trio lets us sneak into the upcoming album a bit. And what we can hear on 'Seeds' is absolutely mesmerizing. Rough Post Metal soundscapes rustle like giant tides above a massive foundation of Doom and Shoegaze while ice cold Black Metal leads and anthemic choirs let the air above freeze to icicles.
Listening recommendation: Mark March 11 in your calender or pre-order the vinyl while listening to 'Seeds'.

Saint Hussy - Saint Hussy (MR)
On their selftitled debut album, Saint Hussy from Tacoma, Washington present an artistic and sophisticated approach to Indie Rock and Shoegaze. With wit, honest emotions, confidence, and musical know-how, the band from the Pacific Northwest provide the soulful and catchy 1990s Rock music a completely new paintjob. Sophisticated song structures, dynamic themes, and Surf Rock impact, Saint Hussy create Indie Rock or Proggaze for the dancefloor and for the sunset.
Listening recommendation: 'Salt', 'Up'

Sacrifix - World Decay 19 (MR)
Sacrifix from
São Paulo, Brazil describe the style on their debut album "World Dacy 19" in the following way: "Full Thrash Metal Old School album. No Ballads, no Love" (cf. Bandcamp). And that is exactly what we get when we press play on this 35-minute monster. The trio from the South American metropolis shows no mercy or remorse, nor do they consider gearing down. Thus, tracks like 'Living Hell' are a full body workout for fans of 1980s Thrash Metal.
Listening recommendation: 'Let him die', 'Evil Games (Angel Witch Cover)'

Leprous Fire - Mouth of Graves
This six-track album of Apocalyptic Rock, Space Metal, and sonic eschaton has originally been released digitally on July 04, 2021. No, the debut album by the Leprous Fire from Sweden has also been released on CD by Las Vegas-based label The Swamp. For seventy minutes, Leprous Fire raise hell and bring pure armageddon onto everything that lives via arcs of suspense full of tension, and soundscapes eveil enough to frighten demons.

Georgia Maria - An Indian Summer (MR)
The latest single 'An Indian Summer' by Georgia Maria form London, England is a tragical and honestly real love song. Hope and melancholy, devotion and longing are extremely close to each other while Georgia Maria and her band present a catchy and artistic approach to Folk Rock. Between gorgeous harmonies, sophisticated motifs, and an emotional atmosphere make 'An Indian Summer' a powerful anthem.
Listening recommendation: Let this song go straight to your heart

SALO - From Melmac with Hate (MR)
The trio from the area around French city Lyon has released their debut album via Bigoût Records. The eleven-track album's title refers to a planet on which a cat's life does not count much. Between Punk and Post Punk, Garage Rock and Noise, between Melmac and the Tanner family's garage, SALO create stunning soundscapes. A colourful kaleidoscope that is likely to turn into a massive vortex dragging you down is a good way to describe this psychedelic experience.
Listening recommendation: 'Algeria', 'Speed Missile', 'Knee Out'

Einseinseins - Zwei (MR)
The name of this trio from Berlin can be translated to Oneoneone, and the album on hand is their second longplayer "Zwei" (German: "Two"). The band's affinity to numbers and digits is further expressed in the opening track 'Graf Zahl' ('The Count' - character from Sesame Street). Apaprt from that, Einseins provide us with half an hour of electronic Neo Krautrock that shows plenty of paralles to the sound of Würzburg's Zement, and their latest album "Rohstoff" especially. This is album is perfect for starry nights.
Listening recommendation: 'Regit Etarak', 'Nachtigall'

Rotten Mind - Drifter (MR)
Two months after 'Serpent Eyes', Rotten Mind from Swedish town Uppsala hereby present the second ex ante single off their upcoming fifth longplayer "Unflavored". Punk and Post Punk clash while Garage Rock and Krautrock paint the speedlines of this sonic image. With 'Drifter', Rotten Mind present a song that sounds like the love child of Masshysteri and The Shattered Mind Machine.
Listening recommendation: Drift fast and enjoy the ride

RedHook - Low Budget Horror (MR)
The three heavy mutants from Sydney, Australia have some 'Low Budget Horror' for us. In their latest single release, RedHook provides our ears with an eclectic and wild mix of Skate Punk, Synth Pop, Metalcore, Nu Metal, and much more. Their crossover run through genres, styles, tempi, and ages may be compared to sounds by Sumo Cyco or Skindred (without the Reggae). Nevertheless, RedHook have their own sound that is coined by the trio turning colourful soundscapes into rustling and crashing Metal attacks in no time.
Listening recommendation: Bring ya mates and enjoy the horror show.

Love Forty Down - German Angst (MR)
When Punk Rock quartet Love Forty Down from Ulm, Germany sing about 'German Angst', this is not about the fact that the German language is capable of describing almost every emotion known to humankind. Instead, this powerful Skate Punk and Melodicore anthem is about the conservatives and rightwingers to be on the rise again. Love Forty Down concern the comeback of the fear of the unknown.
Listening recommendation: Let love succeed over fear and add this song to your workout playlist

Nocturna - Daughters of the Wind (MR)

Backed by drummer Deimos, guitarist Hedon, and bassist Antares, the band is led by the powerful dual leadership in vocals by the "Daughters of the Wind", Rehn Stillnight and Grace Darkling. On massive and rough, and yet harmonic and thrilling soundscapes, the two vocalists enchant their listeners with both forceful rock vocals à la Doro Pesch and aria-like classic vocals.
Listening recommendation: 'Sea of Fire', 'The Trickster'
