Minerva Superduty (or MNRV) are a band that was founded in Kalamata in 2011. "In Public" is their third album that is being co-released by six labels. "In Public" war recorded in Athens and Kalamata and might be beautiful Christmas present for those of you who enjoy Post and Dark Hardcore and a bit of Screamo.

MNRV create a massive wall of powerful sounds on their new album. This is melancholy in neckbreaking tempo. Further dynamics are added by the changes in metre and speed that frequently occur on "In Public". Take the song 'Clandestine' for example which swiftly changes from brachial on-beat Hardcore sounds into a clean off-beat part. Another good example is the track 'Rigid Mass' (see video above) which is coined by harsh changes in metre.

Other titles like 'Modern Love' (see video above) are just pure high-tempo attacks of dark melodics and bittersweet disharmonies. Minerva Superduty merge emotional themes and soulful lyrics with the roughest sounds and manage to make it sound amazing. Each of the eight tracks are a fantastic display of dark and emotional (Post-) Hardcore. Fans of early Palm Reader, Hang the Bastard, Celeste or ZilpZalp should definitely check this out.
