"Live Lies Truth Dies" is the debut EP by Dutch band Stitchfork. The four-track EP has been selfreleased this summer on CD and each of the tracks can be streamed on Spotify, Apple Music and Bandcamp. Stitchfork present themselves with broad shoulders, heavy fuzz and a steady foot on the gas pedal.

Unfortunately, I could not find the band on YouTube. Thus, the facebook video for 'Delia' is linked above. 'Delia' by the way, is by far the best track on this EP. It sticks out of the swamp of "Live Lies Truth Dies" due to its really cool Heavy Blues Rock theme.
The rest of the EP is a bit monotonous if you ask me. I am missing clear hints of creativity here. Heavy sound produced with massive fuzz and high agility is nice but it needs a bit more. Stitchfork's mix of Stoner Metal and Southern Rock is definitely not bad, but it lacks memorability and uniqueness.
"Live Lies Truth Dies" can be categorizedunder Redneck Metal. The music is loud, scratchy and you definitely play this while drinking a bottle of Whiskey with your best friends. Fans of Zakk Wylde's music might probably really enjoy this.
