Cardiff's Fiasco (not to be confused with Cologne's Phiasco) were originally founded by Swn Festival volunteers Alastair and Archie. It did not take long for the band to grew to be a quartet, and consequently music was written, and shows were played. Earlier in 2021, a demo got released on SoundCloud which can still be streamed for free - same as the previous recordings from the very early days. And now, shortly after signing with indie label Smash Mouse Records, Fiasco present their first official single "Animal".

Nomen est omen, one could say. Or actually, the title "Animal" is a bit of an understatement, for this song is a beast. Blues and Rock'n'Roll of the heaviest sort merge when Fiasco play their debut. The quartet rolls heavily with the weight of an avalaunche and the lightfooted charme of a gazelle simultaneously. If you love Heavy Blues Rock like Sweden's Brutus, you will adore Fiasco.
