I guess we can all agree that a lot of things need to change. Improvement is necessary in many aspects of our lives, no matter where we live, what we seek for, and how big or small or problems may be. For more than half a century we have sung the anthems of the Summer of Love, and many people - including me - still adore them. But the anthem for the fight for a better future does not mandatorily have to be presented via Psychedelic Rock or Anarcho Punk. Thus, here is something you might most likely have not experienced before. Here's the new anthem by Zürich's QUANTUM:
The thrilling and powerful spoken word sample ends in "Let us fight for a new world", and then the band kicks in with there unique style. Harsh Metal and Hardcore riffs create a rough foundation for this impressive hymn. Interspersed by brutal breaks and decorated with bitterswet melodic passages, 'RISE.' is a dynamic and straightforward merge of Modern Metal and Drum'n'Bass. This massive call for a better future sounds like a mash-up of The Prodigy, Heaven Shall Burn, and Clawfinger. QUANTUM's 'RISE.' is the perfect song for standing up, for fighting for our rights for a better world - for ourselves and for everyone else.
