The two-track single was released onn the vocalist's own label SperlieGirl Music, and spreads sunshine, itchy feet, an urge to dance, and the memo that you should not mess with L.A.


The Californian trio presents themselves confident and dynamic. The title track is a raging thunderstorm of Power Pop and Pop Punk in the finest US West Coast style. While the second track 'Cage' reveals a strong No Doubt influence, similar to previous single 'Coffeebean Song', the title track is a lot more autochthonous. Between upbeat moshpit or skate ramp parts, vocalist Sperl thows in some spoken word lines that add to the song's dynamic movement. Pop Punk fans, you better keep the name Kill My Coquette in mind.
