Electric High - Populate the Moon
Release Date: October 08, 2021
Length: 06:48
Genre: Heavy Rock / Garage Rock
Origin: BergenNorway

Six weeks after the release of their eighth single 'Sun', Bergen-based quintet Electric High provides us with another heavy banger. Searching for a place to start a better future at, Tor Bjarne, PV, Olav, Marius, and Einride embark a space vessel to leave Earth and its chaos behind. But while nuts like Elon Musk head for the red planet, Electric High's aim is to 'Populate the Moon'.

The single is an honest and powerful Sabbath-worshipping Heavy Blues Rock anthem. The walking bass and the verses' vocals obviously remind of Black Sabbath's song 'Black Sabbath' from the album "Black Sabbath". With the massive bridge, the song receives some body-moving Garage Rock which climaxes in the heavy chorus. And finally, the coda is where this sonic rocket enters Earth's satlletite's orbit. Whether this stunning musical journey makes you land on the light or the dark side of the moon is up to the listeners, but it is a thrilling experience nevertheless.
