The Midnight River Crew - The Girl who knew too much
Release Date: July 30, 2021
Length: 08:59
Genre: Indie Folk / Art Pop
Origin: London, England

The Midnight River Crew is the brainchild by London's multiinstrumentalist Mark Johnson. The band's latest single release features two tracks of which you might actually know one if you have followed The Midnight River Crew already. The single's B-Side 'The Girl without a Voice', sung by Sharon Mari was also featured on the 2020 album "Scirocco".

The A-Side 'The Girl who knew too much' is just as easy-going and artistic as the B-Side. Nevertheless, the Art Pop presented here by The Midnight River Crew comes with more versatility in its souundscape. The violin played by Judith Hillier adds a gorgeous Folk atmosphere to the song, while the piano and the vocals by Isabella Coulstock enchant the audience's senses with their jazzy, catchy, and wholesome presence.
