Release Date: April 28, 2021
Length: 04:16
Genre: Hard Rock / Heavy Blues Rock
Origin: Lisbon, Portugal

Almost three years ago, Lisbon's The Bateleurs released their first three-track EP "The Immanent Fire". Since then, the band has grown from a trio to a quartet, and is now announcing the upcoming release of their first full-length album "The Sun of the tenth House".
The first ex ante single to that album is "Rise above the Storm", an electrifying Hard Rock track by drummer Rui Reis, bass player Ricardo Dikk, guitar player Marco Reis, vocalist Sandrine Orsini, and guest musician Alexandre Manaia on the hammond organ.

"Rise above the Storm" is an anthemic Hard Rock tune with heavy Blues impact and some funky guitar licks. The Bateleurs have produced a song that is catchy, heavy, and melodic at the same time. One could locate "Rise above the Storm" somewhere between Mötley Crüe and Blues Pills - a powerful flagship for the upcoming album.
