In the header you can read that Suggestion are based in Tampa, Florida. Well, that is not entirely true, but the reality is way more complex. Drummer Frank Wolfman and King Bong (guitars and vocals) have met in the Floridan city shortly after the Millenium, and some time later they met bass player Malcom Sects on MySpace. More important is that the three musicians are not even from our planet. Suggestion consists of three beings who came to Earth from another dimension. Realizing that humankind is in desperate need for change in how they live, the trio has collected their thoughts, and created a five-track EP that shall help our species. Here is "Think about Sects".

The EP's title is quite self-explanatory. Suggestion want human beings to reflect on the status quo of life on their planet, and encounter why so many things are as crappy as they are: "Think about Sects". The EP deals with PTSD ('One man enter (two men leave)'), the reign of the reptiloids ('Snake Bait'), the dystopian future our capitalist system is steering towards ('Die by my Spade'), the division of people and its consequences ('Cut from the same Cloth'), and the effects of subliminal ads ('Think about Sects'). Yes, sometimes the perspective of someone from the outside is neccessary.

The music on "Think about Sects" is a raging and violent mix of Thrash Metal and Funk. While in the opening track 'One man enter (two men leave)' traces of Iron Maiden's "Dance of Death" can be spotted, Suggestion continue by merging merciless Funk Metal à la Suicidal Tendencies with "Master of Puppets"-era Metallica-Thrash and the nihilist Crossover by Gnarkill. Suggestion's "Think about Sects" is a sonic meteor, ready to free this planet.
