Holy guacamole, tempus fugit! Has it already been more than three years since Ludwigsburg's Skate Punk band Planet Watson released their latest EP "Foursome"? Now, the sympathetic Swabian quartet is back with "Time to break it", a sixteen-track album that melodically rages forward in less than 30 minutes. And on this release, Planet Watson are not alone. Guest appearances on "Time to break it" are Mörfh of Danger Jerk, Phil of Noopinion, Sam of Scheisse Minelli, Chris of Helmut Cool, Bart of Straightline, Alex of Money Left To Burn, Jay of Frenzal Rhomb, Pat of The Decline, and Luca of Antiheld. This is a true who's who of Skate Punk and beyond - a legit star-studded cast if you want.

"Time to break it" is very diverting and entertaining. Planet Watson go full throttle on each of the sixteen songs. Their fast style often merges the spheres of Skate Punk and Hardcore but never loses its melodic theme. The choruses especially are highly catchy and they come with powerful singalong-choirs. In the verses and bridges, straight Punk Rock attacks change with stomping Hardcore breaks and thus create extra dynamics to the sounds. Altogether, "Time to break it" is a thrilling album full of anthems for the skate park and for savage parties and wild mosh pits.
