Genre: Garage Rock / Heavy Rock
Origin: Helsinki, Finland

Us - formerly known as Grandmother Corn - are a five-piece band from Finland's capital Helsinki. Having toured the Northern and Western spheres of the European continent a lot, the band has received plenty of positive feedback for their energetic and powerful music. With musical influenced from Blues, Punk, R&B, and 70s Hard Rock, Us have created a very unique and dynamic style of Heavy Garage Rock.
Their newest single "Paisley Underground" was written in a Mancunian hostel after the band played a show at The Twisted Wheel. The fuzzy and powerful song is an awesome tribute to the music scene from the 80s which brought us amazing artsts such as Thin White Rope - one of my all-time favourite bands by the way. Us provide their audience with a colourful and meditative sonic invitation to a fantastic and peaceful place.
Want to join? Then, you will sure gladly purchase the 7'' single of the track.
