Less than two months after Nicolaas Walle releases his latest work "The Right To Simply Be", the multi-instrumentalist has recently dropped the two-track opus "Human Nature". As you can assume from the artist name, Nicolaas Walle has not recorded this 27-minute piece alone. Nicolaas Walle and Friends feature vocalist KL and narrator CK. Composition, writing, recording of the instruments, mastering, and mixing were done by Nicolaas Walle himself. The deeply artistic sonic journey "Human Nature" has been a longt-time poject of the Irish-Dutch musician.

"Human Nature" is a timeless opus of progressive and artistic music. Nicolaas Walle and his guest musicians provide us with soundscapes that combine sophisticated sonic arts of more than half a century. Elements of Summer-of-Love psychedelia and Pink Floyd-like Psychedelic Prog join a graceful dance with Prog and Art Rock à la Rush, Focus, or early Genesis. Furthermore, musical structures from Jazz are woven into this colourful sonic landscape, and therefore add beautifully flickering lights to it. Via synthetic sounds, a an atmospheric ambient mood is created which can partially remind of Berliner Schule.
"Human Nature" is truly a wholesome release. Nicolaas Walle and Friends have hereby produced an opus that is artistically sophisticated, musically progressive, and contains an exciting narrative about humankind.
