Ernia's self-titled debut was written and recorded between 2013 and 2015, and then released in 2016. Nevertheless, the album on hand is a completely revamped, remixed and remastered version of "Ernia" that is being distributed via six labels since 2018. Ernia is a quartet from Logroño, the capital of the autonomous region of La Rioja in Spain.

The music the bands provides us with is pure anarchy mixed with musical skill. The style can be located somehwere between Grindcore, Powerviolence, Death Metal and Jazz. It is the liaison of brutality and genius that make this album so interesting. Ernia joyfully hop over genre boundaries, change the metre and tempo of their music, and happily raise their middlefingers at the expectations of the listeners. This is insane! Beautifully insane and absolutely brutal.

Each one of the thirteen tracks on this 28-minute album is pure fun, joy and destruction. Ernia play Deathgrind and Powerviolence for music lovers who don't take themselvs too serious. This product of genius madness is perfect for your next Metal party.
