It all began at Belmont University where three suitemates began jamming some cover songs last fall. The chemistry was right, and Cupid has shot his sonic arrows accurately. The loose trio became a band and is now called TK Collective, and they have released their first EP "Off the Edge" - a six-track collection of songs that represents the different musical influences and backgrounds of the three members and combines them to an honest work of Alternative and Indie Rock with a certain Folk Rock impact.

The soulful and thoughtful EP is opened by the boppy track 'Don't be' featuring guest vocalist Kelsey Minko whose voice perfectly fits TKCollective's sound. And as a personal side note, I want to add that on future releases, I would be super happy to hear more collaborations of Minko and the trio.
By the help of drums, bass, guitar, piano, and strings, TK Collective create wholesome and soothing soundscapes. The six songs are the ideal sound for joyful times with good friends, a comfortable evening with your significant other, or a final slow dance. The final track 'Save me a Seat' especially, is a deep and soulful, gentle hymn.
