Connecticut's The Sparkle and Fade were formed in the first year of the pandemic by sisters Lindsey Callahan and Courtney Seely, and their husbands Jeff Callahan and Tyler Seely. The most recent line-up furthermore features TJ Chalfant and Joe Onofrio who did not contribute to the recordings of "Not the Enemy" but will be featured on future releases. With "Not the Enemy", the band from the American East Coast has released their third single so far.
The dynamic sound of "Not the Enemy" is driven by the sheer force of Punk Rock, the smooth and dark air of Post-Grunge Alternative Rock, and the boppy melodic harmony of Pop Punk. It is hence an energetic powerload that creates an emotional and positive atmosphere.
